I haven't been to the 6k mark in a while, but let me try to think what I was eating...
A typical day contained two protein shakes that were around 1300 or so calories each. Olive oil and natty peanut butter were key to these monster shakes.
1/2 to 1 pound ground beef a day.
1/2 to 3/4 gallon of milk a day.
Chicken (with olive oil)
Sometimes homemade pizza on whole wheat pita bread.

What does "5 eggs 7 whites" mean exactly? You're eating 5 whole eggs, then 7 additional whites? That's a lot of protein!!Originally Posted by Sparty2QP
