High-cal bulkers (5-6k cal/day) - list your "typical day" of eating

I haven't been to the 6k mark in a while, but let me try to think what I was eating...

A typical day contained two protein shakes that were around 1300 or so calories each. Olive oil and natty peanut butter were key to these monster shakes.

1/2 to 1 pound ground beef a day.

1/2 to 3/4 gallon of milk a day.

Peanuts.

Chicken (with olive oil)

Sometimes homemade pizza on whole wheat pita bread.

put shredded cheese on everything, double cheeseburgers from fast food joints, chocolate milk hehehe

carne asada burritos, stag chili, I ate a quart of ice cream tonight, ham and cheese omlets, badger milk, big peice of steak some mashed potatos and creamed green beans, uber mass 4000 (beefcake), whole baked chicken from grocery store deli section, kung pow beef and chicken chow mein mmmmm eat whole order

What does "5 eggs 7 whites" mean exactly? You're eating 5 whole eggs, then 7 additional whites? That's a lot of protein!!

How much do you weigh, btw?

blown_stang,
Yes, 5 whole eggs, and seven egg whites. I am 26 years old and about 215-220, trying to get down to 197 in the next 5 weeks (I am currently cutting and 206. But I am usually around 220 when eating like I indicated above.
