Just tried this stuff, 1 carb a tablespoon, pretty damn good. One of the hardest things for me is eating red meat with no ketchup. Tried atkins and walden farms chup and **** tasted like tomato paste. This stuff was close to the real thing. Just a little 411 for the ketchup lovers out there. Peace

I just bought some of this stuff too. Glad I found it cause I've already put everything else I can on chicken during a ckd.
