It's time for my fat*ss to cut. I ran a CKD previously and lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks- so I have some experience going into this. I'm actually on my second week of the diet starting Monday. After losing 8 pounds (of course some glycogen) last week, I thought it would be a good idea to log it. Never did a log before, so I'll try my best to keep it interesting.
Stats: 212 lbs (started at 220), Approx. 15% BF, 5'11 (doesn't really matter), been lifting 2 years.
I'm also using ECA stack to maximize the effect. I wanna run this until I can see my abs (at least the top 4). Then I'll be running my first inject cycle.
