Carb Timing

Thinking of changing things around w/ my diet since i've been stuck at 250 for a while. Few people have brought up carb timing to me. Diet would look like this
(fyi I work nights 4 -12:30)

W/O day

11am 1hr Cardio
1pm
3 omega3 eggs with 3 slices bacon, 16oz 2%milk
4pm
ATW Lean&fit
6:30
Chicken breast w/ Broccoli, snap peas
9
ATW Lean&fit
11:30 PreWO
PB sandwich
1am WO (45+ lifting , 30 - 45min cardio)
3am PWO shake
ATWhey Iso, dextrose
4:30 - 5am sleep

Non WO days

1pm
3 omega3 eggs with 3 slices bacon, 16oz 2%milk
4pm
ATW Lean&fit
6:30
Chicken breast w/ Broccoli, snap peas

Chicken Salad (3.3oz canned chicken, 1tbsp mayo, raw red peppers, chick peas, lettuce)

Current diet was similar but w/ more carbs
Breakfast was plain oatmeal w/ a banana, honey, cinnamon cooked in 2% milk
9pm meal was a WW wrap w/ chicken, avocado/salsa, chick peas, roasted peppers.
