I want to get off this cut already, so I have been nitpicking at my diet to try and get there. My question for you guys is im following the AD like I have said before but how many of you count calories on your carb loads? I figured even though I am cutting I still need a **** load of carbs to load up for 5 days worth. Should I have been counting calories on my refeed this whole time, keeping it within my calorie range I follow the rest of the week?
