Hey guys so ive been lifting since iwas in grade 11 and now im 19 , 190 pounds, 6 feet tall. I have never ran or dieted in my life. I want to cut down and get a 6 pack,, but still be big and keep getting more muscular. So im asking you guys to help me make a eating plan and something with cardio. I know im suppsoed ot eat every 2 houres and im tyring to but i dunno how much and what to eat,,,, if u could be as detaield as possible it would b great.. thanks!
