Hopefully going to try this:
ECA (e = sida cordifolia @ 35mg ephedra)

Lean Xtreme
Diesel Test Hardcore (to maintain strength)
CLA
Chromium Picolinate
Dosing yet to be determined but this is the basic template.
Might do a retrospective log if I have the time.
There are different fat loss pathways here so i'm hoping to go all or nothing. Will do this for a month combined with some basic carb cycling (i.e. more on workout days than non-workout days) and fasted cardio. If i can lose 15 - 20 lbs i'd be happy (I do have the weight to lose and have a feeling it will fly off).
On a side not I train for PL and incorporate a bodybuilding style day or two a week.
Anyway, overkill? something more i could include? All opinions welcome. Want to stay clear of the PH/DS side as I'll be on holiday at the end of the month i hope and plan to do a lean bulk when i get back (p-Plex, 1-t, the one, havoc are all options in my arsenal)
