Stack advice?

    Stack advice?


    Hopefully going to try this:

    ECA (e = sida cordifolia @ 35mg ephedra)

    DCP

    Glycobol

    Lean Xtreme

    Diesel Test Hardcore (to maintain strength)

    CLA

    Chromium Picolinate

    Dosing yet to be determined but this is the basic template.

    Might do a retrospective log if I have the time.

    There are different fat loss pathways here so i'm hoping to go all or nothing. Will do this for a month combined with some basic carb cycling (i.e. more on workout days than non-workout days) and fasted cardio. If i can lose 15 - 20 lbs i'd be happy (I do have the weight to lose and have a feeling it will fly off).

    On a side not I train for PL and incorporate a bodybuilding style day or two a week.

    Anyway, overkill? something more i could include? All opinions welcome. Want to stay clear of the PH/DS side as I'll be on holiday at the end of the month i hope and plan to do a lean bulk when i get back (p-Plex, 1-t, the one, havoc are all options in my arsenal)

    chromium picolinate is trash, has terrible absorption, and may cause cancer.

    take chromium polynicotinate.
    For me, the action IS the juice.

    i've heard that this could only be a risk when taken with high doses of vit c?

    E=sida cordifolia..is weak and is not the ephedra that we all know and love. Sida cordifollia is grown here in the SW united states and has minimal thermogenic/app supp properties the rest of the stack looks effective though. as for the "E"..use primatene tabs from wal-mart or another pharmacy
