I'm a powerlifter, but I want to drop some fat without losing too much strength. I can only afford USPLabs ReCreate right now, but I'm thinking of using the Anabolic Diet by Dr. Mario DePasquale. Has anyone used this diet with good results, meaning not just fat loss but strength retention or increases? I plan on doing HIIT for two of my three weekly cardio sessions. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
