I am 17 years old looking to cut alot of fat off after bulking up for another 2 months and then start cutting weight and focus on cardio a month before wrestling season. I weight about 155, i am 5'10" and probably have about 7-9% body fat. I am already somewhat ripped but i want to be more vascular, and i want to really see definition in my muscles. I know i can eat healthy and diet cuz im used to it for wrestling and ill lose some weight from not using creatine that month. Is a month enough time for me to notice a big difference?
