i need help figuringout my t4 dosage.

so what do u guys think is this a good idea? T4 for fat loss (yes i want to use t4) and the 2 PH for maintence of muscle

my diet calls will be low and my cardio will go into 2 sessions 45min long each one in morning the other after workout. and i will be on low carb higghhh protein.

also is it true T4 increases protein synthesis?
