  1. What is the best way to increase appetite?


    A the topic states what is the best way?
    And I mean any means possible, right now its hard for me to eat normally, and want to be to a point where I could eat non stop if i had to.

  2. Vitamin b12 is good. Injectable is supposed to be best form but it sounsd too extreme to me.

    Vitamin-b complex and psyllum husk is good also

  4. 1,4 andro supposedly increases the appetite, but I am not talking from experience.

    smoking weed always worked for me for some reason..lol..jk

  5. just eat smaller meals often throughout the day. Your body will become accustomed to this regime and after a few weeks you will end up feeling hungry every few hours. After this has been accomplished try to increase the size of the meals.

  6. Eat till you puke then eat some more. Instead of ordering 2 drumsticks for lunch get the whole bird and eat it.

  7. Bump on the green.

  8. cardio will increase it big time............

  9. wake up in the middle of the night to have an mrp or small meal.

  11. 1,4 andro does stimulate appetite. I found it useful for stacking with M1T to ccombat lethargy and decrease in appetite.

    B12 helps as well.

  12. I agree with the Cardio , it really increases my appetite with just a brisk walk for 40-45 minutes 2-3 times a week.

  13. There's also a drug called periactin (sp?) that is supposed to help fight appetite supression.

    I'll agree with that. I could easily eat all day non stop now. I have to make myself stop at 4000 cals. Adaptation.
