trying to lose weight

i weight 215 iv"e been working out at the gym constantly i go to the gym 6 days a week havent lost really any weight i also diet ill give u my daily regiment and see i anyone has any suggestions Monday i do chest and biceps , Tuesday , i do back and triceps , wednesday i do shoulders and legs, friday i do chest and biceps again and saturday i do back and triceps and with every work out i do 110 leg lifts and 110 crunches and 30 minutes on a eliptical trainer on high resistance. my meals usually consist of 3 egg whites with cheese and ham at 8 am twelve i eat a little less than a half pound of ham and cheese with a little mayo and when i get out of the gym at 3 pm i have a isolyze shake that has no fat no carbs and 27 grams of protein and at 6 pm i have usually steak or chicken with vegies

total body workouts on MWF, HIIT training on TTh, and fasted morning cardio of any type (HIIT preferred).

for total body, do them as supersets, 4-5 sets of 10 reps.

squats
deadlifts
bench
clean and press
pullups

do all of these in 20 minutes, watch your carbs, and you're done.
