ive plan on doing it for 7 weeks at 8g a day. what is your dosage?
For me, the action IS the juice.
I've been doing 4-6grams a day and 9grams of fish oil, I'm not real strict on my diet at the moment and I have not experienced any huge changes but in the mirror i have more definition and my weight has not changed. I went through the first bag in a couple weeks, i'm upping my dose to 8g tomorrow as i have 3 more bags.
according to this all you need is 3.4grams a day.
