i am 20 years old and switching from playing college football to college basketball... i currently weigh 230 pounds and would like to get down to 210 before i go back to school and get down to 190 by the time the season starts which i think is in october... i have been working out around five days a week and running a mile about four days of the week for about a month now... BUT i cannot seem to lose weight staying at 230 so i was wondering if anyone had any advice like a diet plan or any supplements i should take and if u recommend an ecy stack i was wondering if that was safe and whats the best way to getting that... pretty much i just want the quickest way to lose weight
