Any info out there? I see c-k-d no longer exists. I don't have the luxury of a grocery store here, so I want to see what I can eat for this diet.
I've done the math.
Total Body Weight: 183
Body Fat %: 16.1(machine tested 3x)
Lean Body mass: 153
Maintenance Cals: 2745
Weight loss Cals: 2245
Protein Cals: 612
Fat Cals: 1633(206g)
I have easy access to eggs, chicken, hamburger, pork sausage, tuna, raw almonds/pecans/walnuts, whole mayo.
I'm curious how I can eat 1633 fat cals a day. I don't think I could get there. What about protein, can you go over?
