Broke my foot, then got fat.

I've been healing from a broken foot for about two months now. I should be getting my cast off in about a week. I don't want to go too hard on the foot right away, but i need to shed some pounds pretty quick. Running isn't an option until September, but i can hit the bike.

I'm 6' 2" 230 lbs and probably 20-something body fat.

I need some supp recommendations and a diet plan. A workout plan would be nice as well. just keep the healing foot in mind please.
