    Non-stim appetite supressant help


    I get hungry at night before I go to bed. Not just hungry but really hungry!!! The reat of the day I am fine. Its making my fat loss efforts tuff.

    Are their any appetite suppresants that are non-stim. I need to handcuff my nocturnal tapeworm! I want to go to bed before eating the house down.

    Help please!!!

    Oh yea... Forgot to mention Hoodia has zero effect on me. Tried it for 2+ weeks.

    drink a protein shake ( Whey Protein Isolate, Casein) before bed (slow digestion) and you has been satisfied.

    I agree just mix a shake with water then drink another glass of water and there is something in your stomach so you don't feel as hungry. I hear ya on the before bed hunger it sucks man.

    Yea right now just lean xtreme 3/day. I was thinking about adding licorice extract.

    Lean Xtreme (which you're already using; should be dose 1 first thing, 1 40 min pre-gym, and 1 last thing at night to get best effects) and DCP are the ONLY two supplements that have ever had any appetite suppressing effects on me (and THAT is saying a LOT!)

    Try the shake suggestion or have small amount of oats and cottage cheese pre-bed.

    Lean Extreme did nothing for me....actually increased my hunger.

    The Casein Shake should be alright. Give that a try and let us know!!

    Ill try the shake with some ground raw oats and see how that goes...and maybe some "sleepy time tea" to put me out before the monster rouses!

    I add in one scoop of Myofiber with my nightime shake. The additional fiber really helps fill me up. Also, the additional water mentioned above is a great idea.
