Judge my logic on this diet - But DONT try it!
I am a bit extreme, a bit risk taking and more than a little crazy
Where are my ideas for my keto diet
1. Try protein as high as I can - does palumbo high protein work? Personally I don't think so so might keep it low (opinions please, I normally ate 400g so sub 200 is HAAAAARD)
2. Run TDK with honey before workout
3. 200mg dnp first 2 days after carb meal just to lower glycogen
4. one large carb meal followed by insulin then protein meals adding fats later in the night - no real full day carb up

how did you eat 400g of protein a day
12 chicken breasts a day and 2 double shots of whey?

Are you joking?
Once you start doing it it is impossible NOT to it adds up so fast
Chicken
Ground turkey
Whey
Steak
Cottage cheese
Eating 200-250 for a diet takes real effort to keep it so low

Your body is only going to use as much as it needs, so eating all that extra protein would be useless.. no??

If whole-grain carbohydrates are involved, it also becomes easy.

Not true - protein has a positive impact on your metabolism and allows you to eat more raw calories because up to 40% of its caloric value is expended in metabolizing it.

As long as your fats are maintained and water is consumed enough to flush the nitrogenous waste it shouldn't be a problem to eat 300-400 g protein. A can of tuna is like 50 grams itself.
The lgoistics of the plan sound good on paper, but incorporating a metabolic decoupler like dnp with insulin could take some tolls on the body. Lot of oxidative stress coupled with exogenous hormones is dangerous talk

DNP = The Devil, lol
However, I love the Palumbo diet. I am on it for the second time and responding even better this time around.

I cant follow his diet... the protein is just TOO high, glucogensis HAS to going on...
Also have you run DNP? It's not that bad and literature does not have one set outcome about it. Some is very positive and some negative

I am eating about 300 grams of protein a day and weighing about 190lbs. My body has always responded well to proteins and fats.
Yes, I have ran DNP but stopped because I felt miserable on it!

Personally I have never bothered with Ketosis sticks. I just go by the mirror. I think that is the best judge.
