I am looking to read up on the TKD.
Would prefer timed so I can actually lift decent weights on cycle then have maybe one refeed meal a week ala Dave Palumbo.
I will used some assistance getting into keto after my timed carbs/refeeds (insulin for me but I am a bit advanced)
