For those Who Grind their Oats

  1. For those Who Grind their Oats

For those of you who grind your oatmeal and add it to your shakes, do you find that if you took (for example) a half cup of oats and then ground them - wud it still fill the half cup?? Seems to me like it wud be less since it's ground up so fine. I would try it myself but I don't have access to a coffee grinder or blender right now so anyone familiar with this feel free to chime in.

  4. Agree with TheUnlikelyToad. When I bought my coffee grinder, I thought that I'd get a 40% to 50% reduction in volume, but was surprised to find that it was very little.
