DCP+Lean Extreme... dosing

    DCP+Lean Extreme... dosing


    i got

    1 bottle of DCP and Lean Extreme 2.0

    I want to do 6 caps of DCP+ 3 caps for lean extreme for 30 days...

    I normally workout... either right after work (5pm-630) or late at night (10:30 to midnight).

    I wake up at 830 am.. and go to sleep at 1:00 am.


    How should i dose it?

    of course...

    1st dose in the AM upon waking... 830

    2nd dose? should i do it 12:30? and eat my lunch around 1? or wait till 430, 30mins before my workouts? or maybe take my 3rd and final dose at 430 or wait till i go to bed for my final dose?


    if i work out late at night? should my last dose be 30mins before my workout? or should i wait till i go to bed?

    Dosing for thechem

    Lean Xtreme
    Dose 1 - 1 cap first thing in the morning (i.e. 8.30am)
    Dose 2 - 1 cap either 4 hours post-dose 1 or 30-40 min pre-resistance training
    Dose 3 - 1 cap pre-bed (i.e. 1am)

    DCP
    Dose 1 - 2 caps first thing in the morning (i.e. 8.30am)
    Dose 2 - 2 caps 30 min pre-lunch
    Dose 3 - 2 caps 30 min pre-dinner

    I thought someone told me its better to dose Lean Extreme and blunt cortisol post workout as opposed to pre workout?
