hey guys got a few question, i have been cutting down to show my abs for the summer as i been on my way to do this i am realizing i have alot of extra skin and loose skin on the lower part of my stomach any good ideas to what i should do?
not sure if cocoa butter would help at all...i know its used to help with stretch marks...might be worth a shot...if its excessive loose skin, prob just going to be something your stuck with...good luck bro
You have been cutting down? But have you been lifting to make up for all the fat loss? The faster you loose weight the more excess skin you will have. Nobody likes that..
