Hi All - I'm trying to set up a circuit training routine that will help me cut up while not losing too much mass. I tried the usual internet references but seems like there is a lot of hokie BS info out there. Any direction towards a reputable source on info on this is appreciated. Advice on a routine is even better.

Look up T-Nation's Meltdown Training and Meltdown 2.0 - Great stuff. I recommend 1.0 for beginners and 2.0 for the more advanced lifter. Both will get your heartrate skyrocketing though.
