Broken Record time! Haha But I need a teacher and I'm a great learner.
I'm looking to loose weight and gain muscle. I'm exactly 6 foot, and 236 pounds. I need to know what to do, I have the worst eating habits in the world, that has to stop. But Also in order to do so I need to know what I should be eating. I don't even know where to began. I want to change I need to change.
Any help would be thankful.
Any clues? Cause I'm clueless
