just found this website not too long ago and it seems like the best place to get advice. i used to lift a lot when i was in the military, then got blown up, healed, and booted. i am in great health now and able to do any exercise, but haven't really ben faithful or consistent since my injuries (2+ years). i lift once or twice a week and do cardio maybe twice a week. i am a little overweight, but not too far off. i would just like to harden my body up a little, get cut, and add just a little size (my size in the service made me slow and bulky; i'd like to be trim and mean) the supps have advanced so much since i've used them, i don't even know where to begin. any recommendations on diet, routines, and supps? any help would be appreciated. thanks
