I have been dieting now for about 4 weeks and have suddenly reached a stand still. I have been using carb cycling and my breakdown is as follows:

Weight: 171 lb
BF%: Aprx. 16%

Daily Intake:
Low Carb Day: (1,2,3,4)

Calories:1800-2200
Protein: 175-200 grams
Carbs: 50-60grams
Fat: 75-80 grams

High Carb Day (5)

Calories: 2000-2200
Protein: 175-200 grams
Carbs: 175grams
Fat: 30 grams'

I do 20-30 minutes of cardio after workouts. Which is 5 days a week.

I am stuck here....Please help.:dunno::dunno:

They are somewhat high intensity. Do about 4-5 excises per body part. Go heavy on one of the sets and keep the rep range anywhere from 7-12. Split is: Sun: Chest Mon: Back Tues: Arms Wed: Cardio Only Thurs: Shoulders Friday: Legs

Take a week and go really heavy and only do 4-5 reps. You can keep your split its fine but on cardio day do intervals on a stationary bike for 30min and don't do steady afterwards. With your diet bump the calories up about 2-400calories a day for the week, than go back to normal the next week. I personally did this when i plateaued and it worked very well.
