    Question Question on TTA, diet, and exercise


    Good morning,

    I'm currently taking two caps of SNS TTA daily, one around 7am the other around 6pm. I've used it before while on a quasi-V diet and my overall results were very good.

    However, I don't know if the efficiency of TTA's fat loss is determined by diet, meaning is TTA only (or most effective) while on a calorie restricted diet, like a cut?

    I'm also taking Sesamin.

    I seem to be stuck on this never ending recomp, hovering between 170lbs and 175lbs, and my ultimate objective is to get to 200lbs in 5lb increments of pure lean muscle. I'm starting to wonder if I should lay off the TTA and Sesamin.

    What do you think?

    I think TTA works well no matter the diet as in not really diet specific.
    I take about 6 caps a day sometimes 8 a day of the same product your on and so far its going well no cramps.

    Hows your diet going? I know I can lose weight fast if I really wanted so I'm wondering hows your motivation? If your lacking it give me your aim or yahoo and I'll hit you up everyday and remind you to keep up the good work. I've been slacking on my working out but then again I've been working 16 hour days

    Cool, thanks - maybe I'll up the dose.

    Motivation is good, I think the problem is diet - I need to eat more but keep it clean... I also need to get more sleep.

    What I do that helps a lot is make a huge protein/fruit shake and drink it all day at work with meals. My shake has so much crap in it and its around 100 grams of protein I'm on a recomp so this shake with salads and subway all day helps. This following week I'm going to start a can of protein a day included with my current diet and week after take that out and eat a grapfruit instetad. Diet is key and better then any supplement so I like to be creative with mine.
