So I decided I'd just go ahead and log this one to keep me straight and hopefully get some help along the way. This will be my second week of the diet - the first one went better than I had expected doing this for the first time.
I recently just finished my 24 hour carb up since I wasn't able to fully deplete last week but this week I'm going to do it right. Stats are as follows:
Body weight: 173
Body Fat %: 12-13
Goal is to get to 6-7% by graduation (late June) and try to add some muscle as well.
I will post my diet/routine daily and weigh in once a week
