Day 1: Previous starting weight… about 3 weeks ago was 208
Today’s starting weight 202 after sticking to my diet and exercise plan.
Feeling great! I’m excited to start.
I felt a little short of breath on my morning run. It made me stop and walk a few times. I feel fine now. I had trouble eating what I have been today. I felt like I was going to be sick after eating lunch. I suppose that’s a good thing… appetite suppressant.
