    Please critique my diet. i want to lean out without losing muscle

    50 grams whey, 8oz skim milk, 1tbs peanut butter, sugar free instant oatmeal, 2/3 cup skim milk, 1000mg fish oil, multi vita

    50 grams whey, 8oz skim milk, banana

    5oz chicken or beef, broclie, 1000mg fish oil

    post workout: 50 grams whey, simple sugar, 8oz skim milk

    50z chicken or beef, broclie, 1000mg fish oil

    1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1tbs peanut butter

  3. I would say eat more vegetables. everyone needs more veggies.

  4. Any other criticism? Should I lower carbs? I'm thinking about adding in either clen, alb, or ECA. Most likely clen. I would probably cycle it on three weeks and off two weeks. I would start out at 20mcg and slowing move up from there, never going over 120mcg. I would like to get my fat close to 5% without losing much muscle.

  5. Here is a sample of my daily diet yesterday (non workout day) this has worked well for me and I dropped 22 lbs of FAT in 2 months.

    6am 1 whole Egg, 2 egg whites scrambled.

    730 am 1/4 cup whole wheat pasta, 4 egg whites + 1 whole egg, 2.5 ounces of lean turkey sausage, 1 cup of spinach. All scrambled together served with 2 tomato slices.

    10 30 am Sandwhich containing 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1/2 avocado sliced, 1/2 tomato sliced, fat free miracle whip, few spinach or romaine lettuce leaves.

    12 pm 1/2 cup cottage cheese with sugar free strawberry jam.

    230pm 3 oz pork wrapped in low carb lavash bread with fat free miracle whip

    530 pm dinner 4oz lean protein and 3 veggies of different colors. I had salmon spinach, tomato and squash.

    1 or 2 lager beers while watching TV.

    Before bed 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

    Thats around 1800 cals and 140-150g Protein.

    Works for me!
