Is there any specific diet/macros recommended for a recomp diet? Some type of CKD or modified CKD? Any kind of help would be appreciated! I am just trying to get my whole recomp routine ready.
Also, any supplements suggested to use on a recomp. Obviously other than the staple multi, omegas, whey, bcaas. And notice I asked about supps last, I do realize that the diet is AT LEAST 90% of everything you do in the gym Thanks!
