Is there any specific diet/macros recommended for a recomp diet? Some type of CKD or modified CKD? Any kind of help would be appreciated! I am just trying to get my whole recomp routine ready.
Also, any supplements suggested to use on a recomp. Obviously other than the staple multi, omegas, whey, bcaas. And notice I asked about supps last, I do realize that the diet is AT LEAST 90% of everything you do in the gym Thanks!

My last recomp diet was high protein, high fat, and moderate carbs. Calories were at maintenance on workout days, and like 200-300 lower on off days. Carbs were mostly only eaten around workouts...and first thing in the morning. Once you get started you will figure out how to tweak your diet so that its right for you. Its a slower process, but I added 5 lbs of lean mass while losing body fat.
As far as supplements, the USPlabs stuff will help out alot. Recreate is a non stim fat burner, and will help with controlling cravings for junk. Anabolic Pump for carbs, I was taking it 2 times a day instead of 3. Prime and Powerfull are awesome, my strength went way up on Prime.

Would an ECA stack be ok for a recomp? I am also taking Activate for about 4-5 weeks, also JP8, Xtend+bulk leucine, and ether level one post and off days.

ECA stack would be fine for a recomp. It would help you speed up the process of fat loss and give you some energy. Just don't overdo it. 25 mg of Ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, 80 mg aspirin is quite sufficient.

It is really up to you. I mean, if you feel that you need a boost of energy right before lifting, dose it an hour pre workout. If you prefer to have that energy sooner in the day, take it with breakfast. Or you could take one dose in the morning, one dose in the afternoon.
