My last recomp diet was high protein, high fat, and moderate carbs. Calories were at maintenance on workout days, and like 200-300 lower on off days. Carbs were mostly only eaten around workouts...and first thing in the morning. Once you get started you will figure out how to tweak your diet so that its right for you. Its a slower process, but I added 5 lbs of lean mass while losing body fat.
As far as supplements, the USPlabs stuff will help out alot. Recreate is a non stim fat burner, and will help with controlling cravings for junk. Anabolic Pump for carbs, I was taking it 2 times a day instead of 3. Prime and Powerfull are awesome, my strength went way up on Prime.
