i think i posted this already, but i revised it a little and wanted your guys help. this is my diet and workout plan for my up coming m1t cycle. i want to do a very clean bulk while hoping to shed a few pounds from m1t. im 185lbs and 6'2". thanks.

im going to be keeping a log on bb.com. but im doing 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 3 weeks on and finally 4 weeks off. im also going to be doing 400mg of R-ala, swole V.2 and im very looking forward to this. ill be starting a week from today, at 10mg ED. Nolva for PCT.
