Saturday did cardio and an ab workout in the morning. Doing abs almost every day of the week, usually right before or after cardio. Saturday also worked for about 11 hours, constantly moving. The slight stim effect from Meltdown and green tea/alcar is nice at work, keeps me moving and very focused/energetic. Felt pretty tired on Sunday, so pretty much just relaxed and took it easy with one light ab workout. Feelin' good though overall, and already looking leaner, down about 2 pounds.
