Hi, i'm in a gpp style phase of Sprint training, i go to improve my fitness, my tecnique, my flexibility..so it isn't the competition tyme, and i want to give a try to the metabolic diet.
i will eat 3500 kcal, 2200 from fat, 800 from pro, 500 approx from carbo (30g trought the day and 100 before after training.
how do you think about?
i want some advice or if someone who do some similar sport can help me.
