weekend fast and diet Plan

On monday im lookin to really start burning the fat i gained bulking before summer gets here. My plan was as follows:

Stop eating at 4pm today
9pm Weights
Saturday 9am: morning workout
3pm: hockey game
Sunday: 9am: hockey
3pm: hockey
4pm: Can start eating again (every 3 hours only protien and fat)


Monday - Friday

6am- scivation extend through workout

9am- 30g protien post workout

11am- 1/2 cup ground pork and 2 teaspoon butter

2pm- 1/2 cup ground pork and 1 tbsp olive oil

5pm- 1 can tuna 1 tbsp mayo

7pm- 30g protien, 1 tbsp flax seed


My weight is 170lbs and im 5 11 with 13.5% bf

Just lookin for some input on my plan and i always appreciate the responses!

Don't know if playing 3 hockey games and fasting without fueling your body is a great idea. Be careful.
