45 days to shread man boobs and gut

*Cardio and work out regiment at 5:30 am

Breakfast
8 Eggwhites
4oz sirloin
1c cream of rice

Snack
Protein shake
1/2 cup yam pulp
1 tbs flax

Lunch
8oz lean turkey
1/2 c corn

Snack
Protein shake
1/2 cup yam pulp
1 tbs flax

Dinner
10oz chicken
1/2 c brwn rice
1c green beans
1/2 tbs flax

2 hours before bed time
10 egg whites

Im taking .3 ml of helio to start this week, second week .5! Off for one week, then .5 from then on out or untill I feel the need to up the dose. Is there anything I should take to help my body through this crazy 45 day start up from a flat lines 1 yr black out???

i think you're over doing it with the eggs. Everything else looks great! Not sure if you wanted criticism tho. Good luck!

I would like to see what others have to say about this tho.

i second that on the eggs.. tried it..

if you have somebody to sleep next to at night, i recommend you sleep with separate blankets.. or use some digestive enzymes. your ass will smell like a farm.

good luck though man, that's a lot of ambition.

The egg whites are actually sub'd for a protein shake, thank god huh!!!

Get rid of the corn unless you eat it right after a work out. Corn is very high on the GI.

broccoli, baby spinach, green beans, or another similar green veggies
