| Early morning, high intensity NON-fasted cardio (provided the pre-run meal is high protein, low carb, low fat). This has worked for me Hands down.
Benefits it's given me:
- much more fat burning than low intensity fasted cardio
- increased my fitness and respiratory (which LI doesn't do)
- increased my athletic performance (which LI doesn't do)
- Little to no muscle catabolism during the session
- time for other things (as it only takes a max of let's say 20 mins) |
