    Unhappy need your opinion help

I have posted here and on other forums about my weight loss plan but everyone gives me different answers. -m 5'11' and I weigh about 255-260. - weighed 250 last summer and went down to 240 by bikeriding every other day and some weight lifting.

Then till now I gained 20lbs by eating more junk and not exercising and am now at 260.

I am currently on ec stack 3x 25mg ephedrine sulfate and 200mg caffeine spread every 4 to 5 hrs starting at 6am. Started last week. I am also doing moderate weightlifting every other day and doing a 30 minute "fat loss" program on my treadmill that ranges from 3.0 to 4.5 in speed and also with incline.

The days I weightlift I take the no xplode with my last dose of ephedrine that day. And after I'm done I drink an optimum nutrition protein shake(1 scoop). I am also eating a lot less then b4 because of the appetite suppresion from ec stack. And when I do eat I eat smaller portions.

I was taking alli but just stopped and ill begin taking animal omega today.

    1. What kind of weight loss per month am I looking at?

    2. Would you change anything from my supplements? If so what would you change?

    3. Is there another supplement that would work well with what I'm taking?

    4. Were you ever in my position? How did you do it?

-m sorry about all the posts about this from before, I just thought id put everything on one thread. Thanks in advance to everyone that gives me some advise.

1)Nobody can tell you how much weight you will lose with your magic weight loss pills (Probably almost no more than without)

    4) Yes I have but the answer isn't what you want to hear. Eat a clean diet, don't mess with supplements until you are close to ideal body weight (or do but it's just wasting money), lift weights, do cardio. Consider your very boring diet and calorie counting penance for years of neglect. Keep doing it after you lose weight. If you can't do this then you aren't serious about losing weight. Best amount of weight to lose is about 2 lbs per week.

post your diet.......lets have a look. i want to know what you eat, how much and when (what time of the day). as stated above, you can do all the ECA stacks you want to.....pull into a Burger place and it will all go to hell, the road you want to be on is a VERY disciplined one, if you don't have the mind set to refuse crappy foods for a while and start a habit of eating healthy, then accept the way you look and go on about your life in the fashion you are used to. i do no t think that's the case and i'm not doubting your comittment to a new you, just letting you wrap your mind about whats coming up....

ok, so no breakfast (the most important meal of the day). eating a good BF is important due to the fact that your body has been fasting all nigght long and needs FOOD right away to swithch it from a catabolic state to a anabolic one. OJ is ok but real food is a must. egg whites, cottage cheese 1% or FF, wheat or multi grain toast (1 slice not 12...haha). your looking for food with carbs and protein. 1st thing in the morning, drink a protein shake...then move to breakfast shortly there after....if you shower or shave in the morning eat after that. you might find you have to make changes in your schudule, like getting up 20 minutes early to do this. lets start there

It looks like you are eating too little and eating a majority of carbs. Orange juice and granola bars are pretty much pure sugar. Start using fitday.com and stick everything in there.

Seriously, who cares? its not a race, theres no prize for getting there sooner its about consistent loss over time to get you where you want to be. its a marathon, not a sprint.

I wouldn't worry about the supplements, they are less than 5% of the equation.

I'm 5'9.5", and I hit 245 and near 50% bf at that, as I was totally sedentary. Today i'm right at 203, and around 14-15% bf, slowly improving.

you need to forget about "dieting" and instead learn how to eat. you can't view what you are doing as a phase or something you'll stop once you reaches x goal, it has to be a change of life.

Lets just say you wants to get down to 190lbs. All you really needs to do is eat what maintenance would be for 190, and over time you'll get there. you should target either one meal or one of your weak food points every 3-4 weeks to change. That gives you enough time to have adjusted to the last change and have it feel like a normal part of life.

here is some referential stuff to think about, or pick up this book. They have it and some of the variations on it at Sams Club even

I feel like I've posted this a thousand times but here it goes again

So do you eat the muffin normally and then eat a ton of other stuff as well? or do you eat 1/3 of the pile of fruit and save the rest for later?

Do you have the tart for 440 cals or just one bowl of the raspberries for 55 cals?

Do you end up eating all the things on the left side, instead of the meal on teh right side that ends up being 1/3 the calories?

This is from Dr Randy Shapiro's Picture Perfect Weight Loss

    http://pictureperfectweightloss.com/

You can eat well, and eat enjoyably and still be getting leaner. Any idea how much fruit I used to eat when I was 245? I think i'd have oj with my vodka and that was about it. Maybe some gfj the occasional weekend with breakfast at cracker barrell. Now I eat 1-2 whole pineapples a week, a handful of apples, go thru a gallon of GFJ, oranges, tangerines, etc.... And I enjoy sitting and eating half a pound of pineapple way more than a 2oz bag of cheetos

I was actually 240 and 28%bf. At that point nobody believed I was 240. They all thought I was 200 or so.

but seriously ponder what i said, and the methodology. If you hate doing cardio, and its perpetually a chore to get yourself to do it just in trying to reach your goal, then don't do the cardio. Because as soon as you reach your goal you'll have the excuse to not do it, so you won't do it, and you'll start gaining weight back. Far better to have worked out how to reach the goal in a 100% sustainable fashion

well, I see no vegetables or greens at all there unless that was an oversight (i sometimes forget to log baby spinach myself). Also, close to half your protein is from shakes, which probably isnt the greatest. i'd try to replace at least 1 or 2 of those with cottage cheese, tuna, or some other whole food source. Can even look for this milk if you want

yeah, the veggies are important to look at, not just because of caloric level but for general health/nutrients
