Just a question....looked around and could not find a specific answer.
I was BSing with one of the guys at the gym today who is doing a CKD diet. He said that he typically loses the most weight on the weekends when he does his carb up. He typically loses 2-3 pounds or so over the weekend alone and during the week the scale changes a pound if that.
What would be the reasoning for that?
