How do u measure your bodyfat?

What the title says, I hear the water tank test is the most accurate, but I hear its expensive.

While on this subject, how accurate are the electroshock things?

That come in some scales, or are at some gyms....more electric currency thing...no idea how it works but im gonna stop trying to describe it because im sure you all know what i mean.

I know they arnt too acruate, but im curious on what the actual error factor is.
