    Flexible dieting and the ultimate diet 2.0 google them or look for the author lyle McDonald, it helped me realize what i need to do to progress further with my diet, i realized i wasn't doing a refeed often enough and i wasn't doing a big enough refeed, apparently i need a minimum of 720g's carbs once a week!


  2. Lyle is one guy in this industry who definitely understands physiology and nutrition. Both those books are worth the cost of admission.
