As some of you know, I've been on a CKD for almost 4 weeks now. Today is my wife's b-day, and no matter how much I tried, I had to say farewell to Ketosis momentarily to appease the wife. (I ate B-day cake, bread, mashed potatoes among other things today.)
My question is: Since my carb-up is this friday, should I skip it and just eat more carbs today (shift the period to wednesday-thursday for this week)? Or delay it (stop the carbs and carb-up saturday-sunday)? Or should I just shrug it off as a cheat day and proceed as usual?
Which would be the best option?
