Are there any? Good or bad?
I'm thinking that since you retain water when taking creatine this would help in preventing dehydration that usually happens with a CKD, but total weight loss will be slower due to water retention, creating the illusion of a plateau, which could result in a loss of motivation.
What do you guys think? Do the benefits outweigh the negatives, or viceversa?
