I got this stack for my sister inlaw whos on a low carb diet. Could I get some advice on how to dose these and times for optimum synergy please. Shes about 5'0 and 170lb. 42 years old. She very determined and I know if she can see some reults fast she will stay focused. Shes doing cardio 30 min everyday as well. Any suggestion would be great. Thanks guys.
