    Starting A Cutting Diet, Tips Please

    3200calories for daily maintenance

    Hey guys this is my first time trying a cutting diet. I'm going to be running some AAS so I figure I can go a little lower on a calorie deficit than normal. Right now though the days where I'm not carb loading the total daily caloric intake is really low so I figure I'll add in more fats at certain meals like number 3. My question is what do you think of this so far and if you have any tips/advice that'd be great! The Numbers arn't lined up the way i'd like them to be though, sorry about that.

    Meal 3: 2 can tuna 240 52


    Meal 4: Same as 2, no strawberry 360 77 10

    Meal 5: 2 cups green bean 88 5 10 3

    On Mondays and Thursdays add meal 6

    Meal 6: 10oz Potato 560 12 156 1
    1 6oz banana 151 2 64
    1 cup vegetable
    1 tbs Oilive Oil 133 15
    1 cup Oatmeal 239 8 47 5 1083 22 267 21


    Total 2728 296 312 60

    What AAS are you taking? and do you have a proper PCT and everything else lined up?

    Test. E. and Tren. E.. I can't get any short ester gear. And yah my PCT is good to go, the only thing I can't get is HCG. What I'm concerned about though is how my diet is looking. If you think it needs improvement or looks good let me know!
