Okay, so I noticed, that the low carb yogurt looks just as beneficial as FF cottage cheese. Which one is better? They both are derived from milk, so does it really matter?
I have been eating the yogurt before bed, it has 3g of sugars and one gram of fiber. 4 carbs total, 80 cals, zero fat, and 12g of protein.
Similar to that of FF cottage cheese.
