hey i need some help

Im 19 and about 5'10" and weigh around 200. I really wanna loose some weight maybe 15 pounds. I don't want to lose it at a fast rate but i don't want the process to take to long. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i can try and about how long it should take? thanks for your response

2lbs/week is usually a healthy amount to drop. Since you'd start to plateau as you get closer to your ideal weight, it would probably take 3-4 months if you have your diet spot on and cardio sufficient. Just keep reading around the forums and you'll see what people suggest.
