Hi I’ve been working out for 4-5 years and I've always taken about 2 months out of the year and have called it my cutting cycle were I usually up my cardio to 30 mins 3x a week and have cleaned up my diet some what but I never get as cut as what I want and I finally give up and go back to bulking...but this year I'm trying to go all I've up my cardio to 2 30min sessions and one 1hr session after my hr weight training I've cleaned up my diet to 7 meals a day I take Procomplex along with lipo 6x...I was just wondering if this would be enough or to much? I'm 5'7 160lbs 13% BF...trying to get down to 8%BF :feedback:
