LOL I feel you on that, it was 2 degrees out this morning when I drove the kids to school. My jeep heater and blower are broken so I was cold!

Been working overtime at the security job, and the computer business has picked up again. Haven't had much time to log anything. The scale is still going the right direction though. Seems to me I'm loosing weight kinda fast, but strength is up in the gym, so not going to worry about that right yet. Scale said 205 this morning, that was just as I woke up so I'm sure I was a bit dehydrated, but thats a 15 pound drop since the 1st.
Will try to post new pics tomorrow, and will hopefully (finally) get caliper and tape measurements posted.

Make sure you are keeping up the protein so you don't drop too much muscle.

Ok. I had my fiancee help me take caliper readings. Now, something MUST be wrong. I got the Accu-Measure Fitness 3000 calipers from NP. According to the chart that came with that, I'm at 6.7% body fat. I do NOT believe that. I figgure I'm at least 15%. So, we found a few other sites on the net that can be used with the same calipers. I went to this site: http://www.linear-software.com/online.html and used the Jackson/Pollock 7 Caliper Method. It came up even leaner. Here are the readings we got:
Chest 5mm
Abdominal 3mm
Thigh 1.5mm (I have very lean legs)
Tricep 1mm
Subscapular 4mm
Suprailiac 1mm
Midaxillary 5mm
Put in my age as 45, and my body weight at 207. It says I'm at 3.99% bodyfat
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I thought calipers were supposed to be pretty accurate, but I don't think so anymore.

Oh. Here's the tape measurements:
Around the love handles: 39.75"
Chest: 43" (unflexed-cold)
Shoulders 51" (Unflexed-cold) Are you supposed to go all the way around on shoulder measurement?
Right Bicep: 15" (Unflexed-cold)
Left Bicep: 15"
Right Thigh: 24"
Left Thigh: 24.5"
Right Calf: 15.5"
Left Calf: 15.25"
Neck: 17.5

Thanks guys! Didn't make it to the gym today because of snow and other obligations, but hitting it tomorrow for sure. Chest/tri's and cardio is the plan. Probably no school tomorrow so my boy will be with me. Always good having him there to help spot me and vica/versa.

Weight loss has slowed quite a bit, but I haven't had much time to do cardio either, so I'm sure thats the problem. Between my business and the weather just haven't had much time at the gym. I was at 204 pounds this morning.
My Eviscerate came in on Saturday. Added a bit of Clen to it so we'll see what happens with that now.
I've tracked everything I've eaten with Fitday. Here's a breakdown since 1/1/09
AVG. Calories per day: 2019
AVG. Protein per day: 194 grams, 38%
AVG. Carbs per day: 135 grams, 27%
AVG. Fat per day: 80 grams, 34% almost all fat has come from EVOO, Fish oils, Lecithin, and ground flax seeds and nuts.

Had a planned Cheat meal last night. We went out for my fiancee's birthday dinner. Chinese Buffet (OUCH) Didn't do too bad though. Took DCP before and after, tried to keep portions reasonable (Although the General Tso's Chicken kept calling my name)
I was pleasantly surprised to wake up this morning and get on the scale and find it said 203.
Probably wont make it to the gym today, but will do the stairs at work tonight with my weight vest to get some cardio in.

Good job man, you're an older dude and changing diets and excercising can be tough sometimes, for anyone.
Just wanted to congratulate you.
Hope you get better results!
