Been doin real low carb since that cheat meal. Got in some good cardio on Saturday too. Scale said 201 this morning I'm pretty happy with the way things are progressing. Gonna hit chest and cardio hard tomorrow, and I have my weight vest with me for the stairs here at work tonight. Gawd I hate that.

Wow has the computer business been busy. Not complainin, just sayin. Makes it tough to get to the gym and to eat right. But, the good news is I hit 200 this morning. Still averaging 200 grams of protein a day, hitting about 2100-2200 calories on average. All carbs are comming from oats or brown rice (except for incidental carbs from veggies and nuts, pistachios or almonds mainly)
Started the evicerate about a week ago now, and I can see the difference all ready. Also started CLA in the morning and night (6 caps split)
My boy and I made it to the gym this evening. I'm not much into evening workouts, but took a EC stack and ended up having a pretty decent shoulder workout. Hopefully I can get back there tomorrow for a back workout.

WooHoo!!! Woke up today and weighed myself. Came in at 197!! The cardio and diet are certainly working. I feel STRONG too. Set a PR on the incline machine yesterday (all the flat benches were taken) Maxed it out at 400 pounds for 10 reps... my best before that was 8 reps. Pyramided my way down in 40lb increments worked each set till failure. FUKC I'm sore today!
Will try to post new pics today or tomorrow as time permits.
Edit: Thanks for the tip on Eviscerate Dsade! I think its making a real difference.

down 20 lbs.....definitely congrats. I am most likely gonna follow along the type of diet you are doing. I like the idea of still losing weight with good carbs while maintaining a high protein content.

Hope its going well. I'm sick of my diet already and the junk cravings are hitting hard, add that to non stop stress at the house and I'm headed over the edge!

You can do it! Just hang in there. I was craving pizza bad at my security job last night. Almost picked up the phone a couple of times. Then one of the guys I lift with sometimes (he works on the 4th floor) decided to go to Wendy's and asked if I wanted anything. ARRRGH! I munched my bag of cauliflower and looked at the progress I've made.
Still hanging in at 198. Once again the computer business has been very busy so I haven't been to the gym since Thursday. Will be going tomorrow for sure though.

I need to find the time for cardio. I can get my gym time, which luckily is cardio based in rest and supersetting. But the daily cardio..not been there.
I will get it done, I'm nothing if not stubborn, but man I hate the foods I'm on. Orange roughy..shudder...

Calipers take time to learn to do correctly...Has your lady ever used calipers before? How many times did you have her pinch each site?

WooHoo! Weighed in at 195 this morning. Still have those damned love handles though. Workin my abs a lot more.... I've kinda neglected them. Going to continue the cut down to 190 and re-evaluate from there. Gotten some really cool comments from people at the gym! Sure makes me feel good LOL!

Extremely impressive. I am trying to drop my love handles as well. Keep up the dedication and they will be a thing of the past....eventually. :-)

Been a long time since I updated this. I got down to 190, so only 1 more pound lost. Then decided to do a lean bulk up until the deadlift competition on May 17th. I am up to 200 now, and my son took this back shot of me last week right after doing shoulders. Man I was pumped.
Still have the love handles... Oh well, I'm not entering a BB comp or anything! Hope to hit 210 by competition day. I'm feeling VERY strong!
