HI, i am 2 days into my new diet in the hope of weight loss. i eat 4 low cal meals a day and go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I was jut wondering if anyone with the same sort of goals wanted to get in contact with me give me a few tips and compare progress and motivate eachother???? Thanks in advanced.
